As of April 3, 2022, Cavco maintained a retail footprint of 45 company-owned locations situated across Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Indiana, Oklahoma, Florida, and New York. Its products are also distributed widely throughout 48 U.S. states and Canada via a broad network of independent dealerships, in addition to reaching customers through planned community developments and residential builders. Established in 1965, Cavco Industries, Inc. has its corporate headquarters situated in Phoenix, Arizona.
