The company was formerly known as Angel Oak Mortgage, Inc. and changed its name to Angel Oak Mortgage REIT, Inc. in March 2023. Angel Oak Mortgage REIT, Inc. was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
