Democratizing Corporate Insider Intelligence
Insider Buying turns the filings that disclose how executives, directors and members of Congress trade their own holdings — SEC Form 4s, 13Fs and congressional periodic transaction reports — into something a person can actually read: scored, ranked, charted and searchable, minutes after the filing lands on EDGAR.
Every figure we publish comes from a public filing or a market-data feed. Nothing is an estimate unless the page says so, and nothing on this site is investment advice.

Editorial Standards & Integrity
How an automated filing pipeline and a human editorial gate work together.
The review gate. Coverage begins as structured data: a Form 4 is ingested, scored by the Insider Score engine, and assembled into a draft whose every number traces back to a filing. Nothing publishes from that stage alone.
A publish gate then rejects a draft that states a figure the underlying filings do not contain, and a named editor — not a desk, a person — signs the fact-check on every article that carries a byline. Automated pages say so plainly in their byline rather than borrowing a human name.
Corrections are made on the article itself. If we get something wrong, we fix the page and say what changed.
Form 4, 13F or PTR, read from the regulator's own feed within minutes of publication.
The Insider Score engine ranks conviction; the draft is built only from fields the filing provides.
A draft stating a number the filings do not support is rejected, not edited into shape.
An editor fact-checks and signs it. The byline says who, and links to their profile.
Core Values
Three rules that decide what gets published and what does not.
Radical transparency
Every figure links to the filing it came from. Where a number is an estimate, the page says estimate.
Data accuracy
A claim the filings do not support does not publish. The gate rejects it rather than softening it.
Unbiased reporting
We report what insiders did, not what we think a stock will do. Coverage is never sold.
