10 Most Undervalued NASDAQ Stocks (According to Analyst Ratings)
Ranked by the gap between price and consensus target
"Undervalued" here means one thing only: the stock trades below where the analysts covering it say it should. That is a measurable gap, and it is also a record of opinion rather than a statement of worth.

ASSEMBLY BIOSCIENCES, INC. (ASMB)
3 analysts carry an average target of $51.67 against a current $22.18 — +133% implied upside.
The gap has to be closed by the company, not by the target. Analysts revise targets downward as readily as they publish them, and a wide gap often reflects a thesis the market has already rejected.
Where this is useful is as a starting list: a stock the covering analysts think is cheap, which you can then check against the filings and the fundamentals yourself.
D-Wave Quantum Inc. (QBTS)
4 analysts carry an average target of $33.75 against a current $15.79 — +114% implied upside.

How the list is filtered
Targets published in the last six months, at least three distinct analysts per name, and any target more than double or less than half the price on the day it was published is discarded as a data error.
A note is also dropped once the share price has moved more than about a third from where it stood on the day the note was written. That removes two kinds of false bargain at once: a target set before the stock fell a long way, and a target the feed never adjusted for a stock split, which is how a $98 target on a $43 share price gets published as 126% of upside.
Ranking is by implied upside to the average target, descending.

The bottom line
A gap between price and consensus is a question, not an answer. Not investment advice. Summarized from public SEC Form 4 and congressional disclosure data and analyst ratings data.
