Michelle Zatlyn, a Director at Cloudflare, Inc. (NET), sold $35.24 million of company stock in the seven day window ending October 7th, 2026. The selling was reported across 21 separate Form 4 filings. Only open market sales are counted here, which means Form 4 code S transactions, with shares withheld for tax and disposals back to the issuer excluded.

That makes the week a one sided tape at Cloudflare. The dollar value of open market buying recorded in the same window matches the dollar value of selling in our tables, and both figures trace to the same name. Cloudflare is classified under Services-Prepackaged Software and carries a market capitalization of $128,519,847,936.

Twenty one Form 4 filings, one name, and $35.24 million of Cloudflare stock moved in seven days

The pace matters as much as the total. Twenty one filings inside a single week is a high filing count for one insider, and it is the kind of pattern that usually reflects a series of executions rather than one block trade.

There was exactly one distinct seller in the window. The largest seller was Michelle Zatlyn, Director, which is the same person responsible for the entire $35.24 million figure. No other Cloudflare insider registered an open market sale over those seven days in the filings we reviewed.

Cloudflare shares last traded at $360.93. We are not publishing a price change for the window because our reconciled table carries the last price only, and we do not estimate figures we were not given. The $360.93 level is the reference point to hold against the filing dates.

A sale is not advice and it is not a prediction. A sale may be a scheduled 10b5-1 plan entered months earlier, in which case the trades execute on a calendar set long before the week they print. Executives and directors sell for reasons that have nothing to do with the company, including tax bills, diversification, estate planning, charitable gifts and personal liquidity. Large holders at founder level companies frequently run standing plans that produce exactly this kind of repeated, high count filing pattern.

What this article records is what was filed, nothing more. The filings show who sold, how much, and when. They do not show intent, and no inference about Cloudflare's business should be drawn from the transaction records alone. Readers tracking the name should watch whether the filing cadence continues past the window or whether the seven day cluster stands on its own.
