Eddy Robert W., Chief Executive Officer of BJ's Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc. (BJ), was the largest insider seller of the company's stock in the seven day window ending October 15th, 2026. Across that window, open market sales at the company totaled $20.56 million. The selling was spread across nine separate Form 4 filings.

Only Form 4 transaction code S is counted in that total. Shares withheld to cover taxes on vesting awards and disposals back to the issuer are excluded, so the figure reflects stock that moved into the market rather than paperwork tied to equity compensation mechanics. That distinction matters, because withholding events can inflate an insider selling tally without a single share changing hands on an exchange.

Nine Form 4 filings in seven days, $20.56 million in open market sales, and the chief executive at the top of the list

BJ's Wholesale Club Holdings operates in the retail variety stores sector and carried a market capitalization of $13,004,096,512 at the most recent price used in our tables. Shares last changed hands at $102.95.

Two distinct sellers appear in the window. The largest by dollar value was Eddy Robert W., identified in the filings as Chief Executive Officer. The concentration is worth noting on its own: when nine filings resolve to two names, the activity is not a broad distribution across the officer and director group but a small number of people transacting repeatedly.

We are reporting the dollar value of what was filed, not a move in the stock. The price above is the last price in our tables and should not be read as a measure of what the market did while these sales were being executed.

A sale is not advice and it is not a prediction. A sale may be a scheduled 10b5-1 plan entered months earlier, which means the decision to sell could predate the window entirely and have nothing to do with anything happening at the company now. Executives sell to pay tax bills, to diversify a position that has grown concentrated, to fund purchases outside the market, and for personal reasons that never appear in any filing. This article is a record of what was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, nothing more.

The useful habit is to track the pattern rather than any single week. One cluster of filings from two insiders tells you less than a run of quarters showing whether selling at this company is routine, plan driven and evenly paced, or whether it clusters at particular moments. The Form 4 record is the only public source that lets you check, and it is filed close to the transaction date.
